THE
DIVINE
DISTURBER
“And so the thoughts of many hearts shall be made manifest.” (Luke 2:35)
She would never again
Lift the Child’s hands
Without seeing a shadow
Of nails.
Provoking hearts
To evil or good
The Divine Disturber
Entails.
The sun shines on
Wax and softens,
On mud, cracks,
Becomes hard.
“And so the thoughts
Of many hearts…”
Reflect the Light of the World
Or become charred.
